From a DMS DESIGNS Perspective

DMS DESIGNS is a comprised of a one many army striving for ecologically sustainable design (ESD) primarily focused on sustainable residential construction within the architectural realm.

Similar to the nature of animals, shelter is of vital importance in assuring ones safety, health and wellbeing. However, the construction of certain ‘shelters’ (buildings) can provoke detrimental effects on its surrounding environment both long term and short term.
DMS DESIGNS design intent strives for sustainability.

Each design including the buildings plan, itintended character, appearance, atmosphere, form, function and its location in relationship with its surrounding environment, are all carefully and thoroughly considered to the specifics of the site.

Growing up on the South Coast of Australia in the Milton Ulladulla district I have been exposed to the natural beauty and harmonies that the natural world offers.

I have been fortunate enough to interact with varying elements of the natural world through surfing, skating, and snowboarding. As a result of my lifestyle I have acquired a great appreciation for the natural world’s elegance.

DMS DESIGNS focuses on sustainable architecture through an innovative application of established principles of ecologically sustainable design (ESD.), ensuring that a harmonious relationship between the structure and the natural world.

Natural heating and cooling, sustainable materials and water conservation maximises the environmental performance of each design whilst possessing unique architectural aesthetic.
